Founded as a key subsidiary of the OII Global Holding, SIGC (Space Industrial Group Construction) has been reshaping the construction industry with smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions since its official inception in 2008. However, our global journey began long before that — as early as 1990 — when we took our first steps toward international expansion.
Today, SIGC proudly operates in France, Madagascar, Nigeria, Belgium, Sulaymaniyah, and across the GCC region, contributing to modern infrastructure and construction projects that shape the cities of tomorrow.
What truly sets us apart is our patented modular construction system. Our pre-fabricated modular structures — capable of reaching up to 15 floors — can be easily installed without the need for specialized labor, and their appearance is completely indistinguishable from traditional concrete buildings.
These structures are also expandable or reducible in size, provided the initial design accounts for such flexibility. This allows clients to adapt the building layout based on future needs, offering a new level of control and efficiency in urban development.
