Sunflower Tower Project
The Sunflower Tower Project is a landmark mixed-use development that showcases modern engineering and architectural excellence. This ambitious project includes 21,900 m² of premium office space and 73,000 m² of dynamic commercial areas, complemented by a 40,000 m² parking facility distributed across four spacious levels of 9,890 m² each.

Executed in three distinct phases, the project highlights structural innovation and complexity. The first phase included a 10-story steel structure, the second phase a 12-story steel structure, and the final phase an impressive 24-story steel structure. These phases together create a bold and unified architectural presence on the city skyline.
A significant engineering challenge was the natural slope of the land, which led to the creation of three ground floor levels to accommodate site conditions. Additionally, the project features eight basement levels, with four levels dedicated to smart parking and one level hosting a hypermarket with direct metro access, enhancing urban connectivity and convenience.

The construction was completed over five years, reflecting precise planning and seamless coordination across all disciplines. Our team managed and executed most major scopes, including structural erection, advanced electrical and mechanical systems, and high-quality architectural finishes.
Key highlights include an advanced smart parking system, an Ericsson-branded central telephone system, the first direct-fired chiller in the country by Abara Japan, 28 Hyundai escalators, 18 high-speed elevators, and a massive 6,000 tons of steel structure, notably starting from the fifth floor upwards.
The Sunflower Tower today stands not only as a prominent commercial and office hub but also as a symbol of modern construction capabilities and innovative urban development, setting new standards in design, sustainability, and functionality.
